Destiny Charles shows her gratitude for the support she's received from the dedicated educators within the Design District with a specially curated kick-off event.
Destiny Charles graduated from DASH (Design and Architecture Senior High) and is currently pursuing her degree at the Istituto Marangoni School of Fashion, both of which are situated right in the heart of the Miami Design District. She has always been one to show her gratitude for the people who have helped her move loser to her goals in life, and her educators and peers have definitely had some influence on her current progressional success. As a special Thank You, she teamed up with me to help organize and market this launch.
“This event was designed with them in mind. It's for them, from my heart, because when people are willing to believe in you, it's only common courtesy to show your appreciation. That's exactly what I wanted to do with this program. The event is just the kick-off.” ~Destiny Charles
This event was only the launching of her Special Thank You. The terms are that the students in both Istituto Marangoni and DASH will get either up to 15% off from their meals or a special dish option, according to each vendor within the St. Roch Market. The event included an exquisite performance from a talented saxophone player and another talent showcased her new songs for the crowd.
A night of joy, laughter, and entertainment is how I'd describe that night. The environment was one that could make your heart swell with peace, and the natural ambience set the tone for a memorable experience with her friends and supporters. Destiny knows that the event may have her name on it, but the only true stars there, were her guests of honor. She did a wonderful job of hosting of the event & allowing her peers to truly receive her gift of gratitude.
"I believe the children are our are future. Teach them well and let them lead the way. Show them all the beauty they possess inside. Give them a sense of pride to make it easier. Let the children's laughter remind us how we used to be." ~Whitney Houston
